The few family members I still talk to suggested I run from Oregon and have a warrant. Staying here is not fruitful. The state government is heartless and follow no constitution. I’m stuck in the system and running on an infinite loop. The Washington County in the Portland metro area is torturing people everyday with cruel and unusual punishment. My heart goes out the defendants currently incarcerated dealing with the treatment I received. The news doesn’t cover it. I’ve reached out to many news outlets and received zero response when encouraging them to post my full story. The people in prison or jail are forgotten and barely given any civil and constitutional rights. Satan’s army is breeding in Oregon.

I looked into my appeal finding that it hasn’t even been worked on yet. The alleged accusations were stated too had been almost 18months ago. This system is slow and they do not value anyones life if you are the defendant. Defendants in the system often get forgotten. People have been incarcerated for years here only to find out they were innocent. Others have been sent to prison for multiple years for petty crimes due to not having a good defense. The court room is completely unpredictable if justice is on mind. And the public defenders are spread thin and corrupt.

Last February I had an appointment with my probation officer. I could not make it because of car problems. I called in right away to tell her but got the voicemail. She never called me back because she said she was on vacation. I called her several times over the next couple of months. She never called back but once. Then out of the blue I got an email April stating if I do not come into her office the next day she will issue a warrant for my arrest. I did not see the email until it was too late. It was Friday afternoon when I saw the email so I had to wait until Monday to call her. The front desk told me she was on vacation. At that point I figure she was trying to get me in trouble. I called her supervisor and the police to tell them. I asked here supervisor for a new probation officer. She would not give me one. The cops would not do anything. I was at the mercy of the corrupt Oregon government judicial system. I knew my probation officer just put me in the jaws of a crocodile.

My probation officer asked for the order to be resended, but it was a short email and she never pursued it. She emailed the court and had, but the state had already pursued the warrant. I was now a man with a warrant out for my arrest for missing an apt due to car issues. I told her I had car issues and asked when I should come in but she never responded to my phone voicemails. When I finally got a hold of her she told me she had been calling me. She stated she called me in April. I got my phone records and it showed no phone calls were received by her. I called her supervisor about two weeks before she issued the paperwork to have me arrested, but the supervisor did not respond to my phone call. The supervisor approved my probation officers paperwork to be sent to the judge knowing that I had wanted to speak with her. The probation office was not in support of my well being. They caused me to get wrapped up in this disgusting judicial system.

I knew I did right, but if the probation officer calls the court it does not matter if you are innocent the judge and their paid actors (public defenders) will ensure the hearing will be in favor to the state. I’ve been going to court for several months now about this supposed violation. They have not gave me an attorney. They have not give me due process. I have had my court hearings set about every four weeks for a status check. I go to court and the judge tells me they do not have an attorney for me and they set another status hearing. I had a status hearing today Aug and the next status hearing was set for Oct to see if they have na attorney. I can not leave the state until this court resolves and I do not expect it to resolve any time soon. Even if I do get an attorney they will reschedule trail several times and wait until last minute to do so. I wouldnt be suprised if the attorney I do get actually makes things worse for me. That is what the last one did in tenfold.

What should I do run and become an outlaw or stay and be docile. There is no good solution for me. I have to visit satan again in Oct and I am expecting the worst. I think the probation system failed me and put me in the jaws of a shark. That shark is the unconstitutional court rooms of Washington County.

My life is devalued here. I’m trying to find a job in engineering but its hard with the record. Even if I do get a job who knows what will happen in the court room in Oct. If I get a job and then sent to jail I’ll lose it. How do I proceed with life when I’m in a courtroom that is ruthless, cutthroat and unpredictable? They will probably drag this on until I’m an old man. The future is uncertain, but one thing is certain I will not get fair treatment during this case. I’m stuck in the state that was responsible for destroying my life. The state that punished me for getting hit by my ex-wife. My ex wife punching me in the collar bone spranging her thumb was enough for the courts to demolish my life. Oregon is like a bad Hollywood movie. Innocent people get convicted her a lot. This is a women state. Men are not treated fairly.

These courts have humiliated, tortured and destroyed my life. I know there are many others getting very unreasonable treatment. It breaks my heart. I never would have thought things were this bad. I feel more pull on my heart now for the unfortunates that have had been living in the city for longer durations experiencing the same. This does not seem to be a place to grow and become distinguished. This is the place you come if you are already famous and established and want to tempt fate. Oregon is a man eater state. If your family or someone you know ever get caught up in this system I urge you to come to there aid asap. Until you have been in Washington County Jail you will not know the feeling of feeling forgotten by society and helpless. You will not know what it feels like to be in the twilight zone. I wish I was more motivated to do reform and start a movement. I hope to incorporate that into this blog soon.
